Hours

Practices are held at Hamilton Rec Center.

Mon: No practice

Tue: 4:00PM – 6:00PM

Wed: 4:00PM – 6:00PM

Thu: 4:00PM – 6:00PM

Fri: 4:00PM – 6:00PM

Note: Between the months of Feb-May during the High School Swim Season, our times shift to 5:00pm-6:30pm.
